In my diocese I speak to youth ministers, priests, sisters, survivors of all abuse and violence, therapists, doctors, and other professionals, etc. in the (admittedly ONLY) program in the Church as found in my diocese of Arlington VA (http://www. arlingtondiocese.org) that has a loving relationship among Bishop, his social workers and survivors of abuse by priests. I am a survivor of abuse by priests from when I was a child through when I was a teen ... and escaped to college. One of the youth ministers suggested I let other youth ministers know about it. The book does not deal directly with details to traumatize the reader, RESTORING SANCTUARY has been helping us a lot. It helps adults "get" some important concepts a victim early in the process has not even yet discovered. Proceeds from all sales are given to above program. For more info - http://www.tpittgreen.org.
