Love the solid input without the drivel - and the one topic does mean we can go over it again and share with others. Other people is good too, but not vital all the time. It's a great podcast!

Please do not copy the sym format. Bringing other people in would be great, but I have limited time and would love to keep it short sweet. I know a lot of people love sym stuff, but I listen because I want to learn, not to hear people joking with each other.

I would LOVE a copy of the SYM format. But that's just my 25 cents worth.

I like the current format. I have even used the videos as short training sessions for my volunteers. Borrowing the current SYM format would just be redundant. If that's what everyone wanted, they should just add you and take some Jr. High specific questions.

I would love to see a "steal" from SYM podcast and focus on Junior High.

I'm a big fan of how you've been doing things. I love the one idea format that you've been giving us to think about. It allows me to think through how we could implement the one thing in our middle school ministry. Also, because it is short it allows me to quickly connect and think through an idea for our ministry. Thanks for all your wisdom!

I am a big fan of the way you do it now, mixing it up between you in front of the camera and some of your youth ministry friends and just you sharing your thoughts on various topics.... love that you discuss important things, in quick informal ways. I would vote against the SYM podcast feel not because I don't like it but because this is easier for myself to listen to and pass along to my volunteers. Whatever you end up doing though, thanks for sharing the wisdom!

I would say a combination of #2 & #3 - invite one or two people (local as well as middle school ministry at large) to talk over a subject with you. This could give different perspectives on each subject and create more dialogs.

I like what Mike said, I'd do your normal brief style 3 weeks out of 4, sometimes bringing in others. I always loved it when you had Scott Rubin over as the banter was always great. Then once a month do a special extra long larger podcast. I really value these podcasts so thanks for all you do to make them happen.
