The book is _The Three Big Questions for a Frantic Family: a leadership fable about restoring sanity to the most important organization in your life_ by Patrick Lencioni. Very easy read, not super long, very insightful, very practical. I hate spammers and trollers, but this one is too good to not tell my friends about.
