Not sure I have any real advise other than that I am constantly reminded that youth ministry, at its core, doesn't need a bunch of bells and whistles but rather just a bunch of adults who care a whole bunch about teenagers. Don't let the physical limitations of your building/church dictate and limit what God might want to do in your youth ministry! Aaron,

All the NEW stuff has got old and it has only been a year. Everybody goes outside back to the same spot as before, out on the parking lot and talk.
